Auction & liquidation services

Your assets can do more than sit.

When it is time to free up capital, the equipment, vehicles or collections you already own may be the place to start.

Tell Brad what you have and the timing you need. If an auction is the right fit, we will plan a professional sale that brings your property to interested bidders, locally and nationwide.

A sale with a plan

We start with what you own and when you need the proceeds.

The first conversation is free. Brad will tell you whether the property fits our auction services and discuss a realistic sale window.

Need funds on a short timeline?

Tell Brad at the start. Cataloging, promotion, the auction and buyer payment all take time. We will be direct about whether your timing and the auction process fit.

Good questions to ask

Before you make a decision.

Can an auction produce money immediately?

An auction is a planned sale. The schedule depends on the property, preparation, marketing, the sale date and collection of buyer payments. Tell Brad your timeline so he can say whether an auction is appropriate.

Do I have to sell everything I own?

No. We can discuss a significant single item, a defined collection or a broader estate or business liquidation. The right scope depends on the property.

How will I know the costs and expected timing?

Brad will discuss the proposed scope, fees and schedule before an agreement is signed. Seller accounting follows the auction and collection of payments.
